Martine joined the team in 2025, contributing a decade of international real estate experience across global markets. Her fresh insights and global perspective further strengthen the team’s dynamic, forward-looking mindset and enhance its ability to deliver strategic, high-quality outcomes.
Shane Burns, the newest member, brings over 25 years of industry expertise. Having worked alongside Ed and Tony for more than seven years, he adds significant depth of knowledge and reinforces ETC’s leadership capability across the commercial leasing sector.

The team at ETC. Melbourne is proud to partner with FareShare in honour of our late colleague and friend Josh Langdon. Since ETC was founded in 2023, we have supported FareShare’s incredible work to fight hunger and reduce food waste across Australia.
We contribute $10,000 annually, helping to provide approximately 40,000 nutritious meals each year to people in need.
FareShare, part of SecondBite, operates Australia’s largest charity kitchen in the heart of Melbourne, where chefs and volunteers prepare thousands of free, nutritious meals every day for Victorians experiencing hardship.
In April 2026, FareShare also launched its new farm in Dingley, an important initiative that will support the production of fresh produce and further strengthen its impact within the community.
We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute in the kitchen, preparing meals alongside the dedicated FareShare team, and we look forward to continuing our involvement, both in the kitchen and, in future, out on the farm.
